Kristen Samp

Kristen has played golf all her life and turned Pro out of college. She spend eleven years playing professionally, four of those seasons on the LPGA. In 2009, Kristen decided to retire from playing professionally and now teaches the game. She believes there are lots of different ways to swing the club and be successful, the trick is in discovering who you are as a golfer. In 2009, Kristen became a Class A Teaching Professional in the LPGA organization. As many in the golf business know, getting to play doesn't happen very often so the 100 Hole Hike will be a challenge!

Douglas County CASA / Dazzlers Christian Dance

Note: Lawrence Country Club participants are hiking for these two local causes. Douglas County CASA is dedicated to making sure these children get the attention they deserve. With the help of specially trained volunteers who advocate for the best interests of these vulnerable children, CASA helps children and teens find safe, permanent and loving homes. Dazzlers Christian Dance offers dance teams for girls ages 3 years old through high school. Girls with mental or physical disabilities are never turned away.

Who Needs Training?!

As all of you know the golf industry in the Midwest at this time of year can get very busy!
