Josh Bills

Hi, I'm Josh. I am pleased to be able to have the opportunity to play a game I love and have that enjoyment benefit so many wonderful people. This year I have decided to honor my Mother-in-Law, Betsy Bohl, by playing for an organization near and dear to her heart, The Champaign County Family YMCA, in Urbana, Ohio. Specifically I am playing to raise money to support the Camp Shiffer Project. Camp Shiffer is an 80 acre parcel used for summer day camps. Located on the camp land are an artesian well, manmade trails, an archery area and a variety of trees, plants and wildlife. The YMCA traditional summer camp utilizes this camp everyday during the summer months and provides wonderful life experiences for all who participate. As many of you know Betsy lost her fight with GBM (Glioblastoma Multiforme), an aggressive brain cancer, in early 2016, that took her from us all too soon. She is missed by all and none more than my wife, Lindsey and my twin daughters, Ellie and Claire. I hope to raise money to support an organization and project that was near and dear to her heart. My goal is 111 holes, but hope to go as many as I can to raise as much money as possible for the wonderful people who help so many at the Champaign Family YMCA. My photo is of Betsy, shortly after her diagnosis, with Claire celebrating my twin daughters' birthdays.

As my hike is less than one month away, I feel so fortunate with all the money pledged to date, but hope to encourage more to give.

HHH 2017

After taking a year off, I am back attempting a 100 hole hike for 2017.

110 Holes Completed!!

Wow, another year has come and gone for my Hundred Hole Hike. This year I was able to best my previous 108 holes by two holes and got in 110!

The Final Push

Just one week away from my HHH. At this time I wanted to thank all those who have generously donated, as without you, this hike would mean nothing.

Reflections and Preparation

As my second HHH draws nearer, I located my card from last year's HHH. Pleased with how I played and hope to better last years efforts.

HHH 2015, Auction of Chamber's Bay Painting

I have decided to again attempt the HHH and look forward to raising money for Nationwide Children's Hospital NICU.
