Evan Fleisher

Evan Fleisher lives in Strongsville, Ohio with his wife and two teenage daughters. He is a Senior Supply Chain Business Analyst for the Vita-Mix Corporation, a company that makes high-performance blenders. Evan is an avid walking golfer who has also been a course rater for Golfweek Magazine since 2004 and has travelled all over the world playing golf and walking its fairways. This will be Evan's first ever Hundred Hole Hike, and he will be doing so with his partner-for-the-day, Eamon Kelly (a fellow Golfweek Rater) as they tackle the Outpost Foundation / HHH Alternate Shot tournament at Brookville Country Club on Long Island, New York on May 15th. He will be walking to support the Arthritis Foundation in honor of his 18-year-old daughter, Kathryn. Since she was 9 years old and diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis, Kathryn has bravely fought this disease with grace and determination... battling through numerous rounds of painful shots, drug therapies and most recently joint fusion surgery. It is through her strength and never-give-up attitude that I felt compelled to take on this challenge and help raise funds for such a worthy cause. Please join me in supporting the Arthritis Foundation as I attempt to raise $5,000!

117 holes in the books...a satisfying first-ever Hike!

As I sit here nearly a week post-Hike, I am still trying to gather my thoughts and fully comprehend what Eamon Kelly and I just accomplished.

Less Than One Week!

I can't believe I'll be standing on the first tee (pictured above) at Brookville Country Club next Monday. Where did the time go?

Two weeks and counting!

Training and preparation for my Hike continues, but I've had a bit of a set-back.

Three weeks to go!

Starting to get more real! I've been attempting to "step up my game" and get my body ready for this endurance event.

Preparing For My First-Ever Hundred Hole Hike (HHH)

Wow...where to start? Since the beginning of Hundred Hole Hikes back in 2012, I've always wanted to take part in one of these incredible events.
