Wounded Warrior Project

The Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) serves veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness, or wound, co-incident to their military service on or after September 11, 2001 and their families. On that date, America watched in horror as approximately 3,000 people died including hundreds of firefighters and rescue workers. Many warriors note a sense of duty to volunteer for the military following these tragic events.

108 Holes Later...

Arrived in N NJ early Sunday evening and had a relaxing night at The Roosevelt's (thanks guys!).

The Home Stretch

Just a few more days now before the big day and I am feeling good, despite some set backs. While training for the HHH my right foot began to hurt to the point that I could no longer walk on it.

I started my physical preparation for the HHH last week. I figure I need to drop about 10 pounds and more importantly get out and get my legs in shape for this.

I Survived 100 Holes!

First, I'd like to start by thanking Frank Fonte at Urbana Country Club for being so accommodating for our Hike on his day off.

108 Holes and a some great memories....

Hello All,

Wanted to give a recap of the day yesterday, since each and every one of you was instrumental in the success of our Hundred Hole Hike!

By the numbers;

3 more days...

I woke up this morning about 3:30 am with a terrible feeling. The kind of feeling I used to have in college when I knew I had to get up early for 6 AM winter conditioning.

2 weeks from today I will be walking for our Wounded Warriors!

People continue to amaze...

I started out with a goal to raise $5,000 for the Wounded Warrior project. I thought if I could do that I would be really proud of what we accomplished.

3 weeks from today...

The support has been overwhelming, now it's my turn to come through and get to walking...alot!
