2014 HHH - the Aussies getting the year kicked off in a big way
We are all very proud to be kicking off the HHH 2014 year and hopefully we can smash our totals from last year and really make a difference to the lives of those here affected and challenged by Acquired Brain Injury.
After four days of intense heat with 4 days averaging 40 degrees C, it has certainly put a dint in our training, but with our positive mind sets, we all are planning to play over 2,200 golf holes in one day at the awesome 13th Beach Golf Club next Thursday, 23 Jan.
22 golfers including two women, and a trainee Pro, plus Steve Jones, Aussie and One Asia Tour Pro, and the remainder of us a mix of club golfers, club champs, district reps, a few hacks and golfers with a commitment to make a difference.
In addition and to compliment our HHH Downunder event, we have incorporated a concert featuring a great array of Aussie talent, a few artists with personal ABI's, and this will take place over our last few rounds and see us into the night on the lawns out the front of the 13th Beach club house.
The Karingal Foundation have been truly amazing in helping us deliver this incredible event, and look forward to a long partnership with them to enliven real and meaningful impacts to those challenged by an Acquired Brain Injury, which can happen to anyone, anywhere, anytime.
We encourage you all to support us in whatever way you can.
